Introduction to the teaching of Asanas and Pranayama
Introduction to Meditation
The classes are designed for the full benefit of the students physically, psychically, mentally & spiritually. Some variations and modifications are included.
This is to develop patience in the students & prepare their bodies for our group classes that are 90 mins long and to develop a habit of a regular yoga practice.
If you are new to yoga, this is for you!
